Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you enjoy your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may be able to exchange your item. Please see below for our full return policy.
Exchanges are only offered in the case of a manufacturing error or defect. Please be sure of your size when ordering clothing items. All exchanged items must be postmarked within seven (7) business days of receipt of product. All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags attached.
To exchange an item, please email customer service at email@example.com with your detail order and the nature of the problem. You may be asked to provide pictures. Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return with RMA number to the following address:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to mail your returned item as you are responsible for returns lost in the mail.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Event Tickets
- Other non-tangible items
